A gin that makes you fly over the Mediterranean, its aromatic notes make it unique. We use alcohol obtained from organic ancient grains grown in Italy.

The predominant aroma is given by juniper berries harvested in the central Apennines, with iodine notes from the surrounding seas where the peninsula extends.

Enjoy it neat, over crystalline ice or mixed into your favourite cocktails. Try it with tonic water and citrus peel essential oils for a perfect combination.
