Produced in small batches, it is a precious stone that we jealously guard to give as a gift to true connoisseurs of fine Italian distillate. A product of Made in Italy excellence that we offer in limited production. Produced with pomace from grapes from the Piglio area, a well-known wine-growing area nestled in the hills on the border between the provinces of Rome and Frosinone.

A delicately perfumed bouquet distinguishes this reserve grappa from Anonima Distilleria Italiana. The patient ageing in oak barrels gives the palate unique notes of dried and candied fruits and a smoothness that provides unparalleled olfactory and taste sensations.

An excellent aperitif when mixed in the proportion of 30 ml of Elite Grappa Barrique  and 80 ml of tonic water, prepared in a tall glass with crystal ice and citrus peel. Excellent in grappa-based cocktails and for sipping at room temperature at the end of a meal with 72% dark chocolate with orange or lemon.
